IGN has an interview with the producer of upcoming Crackdown 2, in which he promises we'll get a demo of the game before its launch.

This is awesome, because, well, the demo for the first Crackdown was awesome. I remember Tyler playing it for an entire day once. As far as I remember, it had the whole city open to play in, and you leveled up FASTER than you do in the retail game. Also, I don't think I'm alone in saying that the great demo of this game influenced me into buying it when it came out, when I wasn't planning on getting it at all.

The game has a release date of "TBD 2010", and I'm a little skeptical about it since it's being developed by a different team (although the new team consists of members of the old team), but a demo will give a nice pre-release glimpse of the game. no comments

Joystiq is floating around a rumor that Tecmo Super Bowl (SNES version) is coming to XBLA/PSN in the future. Although this strikes me as mediocre news at best, there is one shining glimmer of hope nestled within - that the updated game (Tecmo Bowl Throwback) will retain the players and teams from the original game.

In other words, you can play as the 49ers and crush everyone. Yes please. no comments
